How to Register or Renew your PRAZ?

Register with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) and participate in public tenders.

To participate in tenders, one needs to register with PRAZ. The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe is mandated, in line with Section 6(1) (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act), to develop and implement a transparent and equitable framework for the registration of bidders and contractors to the Public Sector.

PRAZ registration refers to registering your company as a supplier on the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPRAZ) platform in Zimbabwe. This registration allows you to participate in public tenders for the procurement of goods, services, and construction by government agencies.

Requirements to register with PRAZ.

Registering with PRAZ is very easy. Make sure the following requirements are met.

  1. Bank Statement
  2. Certificate of incorporation
  3. CR5 (formerly CR6)
  4. CR^ (formerly CR14)
  5. MoA and AoA
  6. Company profile.
