After Company Registration you need to;

As soon as you register your company, you will need to trade with other business and it is very vital that you have necessary documents in place so that you are very competitive and compliant with Zimbabwean Regulations and Laws.

The initial board to register with is Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA). It is from ZIMRA that you get the Tax Clearance certificate.

However to register with ZIMRA, the tax payer needs to open a corporate account for the business. The taxpayer may make choice of the bank they are interested in, however, we have experience of working as treasury for big organisation, we also advise clients on banks which are efficient and cost effective to deal with when it comes to their operations.

 

What do i need to Register my business with ZIMRA?

To register a Private Limited Company with ZIMRA, the tax payer needs to  have the following in place.

  • Certificate of Incorporation;
  • CR6: contains details of directors
  • CR5: contains registered address of company
  • Stamped current Bank Statement;
  • Memorandum of Association (1st 3 pages plus the last page)
  • Articles of Association (1st 3 pages plus the last page)
  • Documents for at least 2 Directors -Identity card and Proof of residence in form of utility bills, support with affidavit if bill is not in your name
  • Letter of appointment as public officer
  • Supporting documents sch as ID, Proof Residence and stamped Bank Statement of the Public Officer.
